Yay an off from work finally! Because today's a public holiday! Yesterday went to countdown with TARDs except John because he couldn't make it. I went home after work and immediately changed and went out again. The worst thing is my parents didn't know I went to countdown and thought I would be home soon. In the end I reached home close to 3am. =_=


Thankfully, they didn't scold me for that. It was really a hyper fun countdown! That Brian screamed his lungs out until my ear and his voice died. Yes, because he screamed in MY ear. Zzz. I also bid goodbye to some of my colleagues who needed to go back to school LOL. I even have some of their emails so as to keep in touch. Going back to school is such a wonderful feeling, isn't it?


Anyways my earphone spoilt. Haiz sian. Now can't listen to music outside. Sad. But it's a new year so I must be happy! Here are some of my new year resolutions for 2009.


I resolve to work harder to achieve my goals.


I resolve to be more sensitive to other people's feelings.


I resolve to be more serious in what I do.


I resolve to be less of a grouch.


I resolve to be less obliging to people's demands.


I resolve to control my temper.


I resolve to be less selfish and more generous.


I resolve to play more DotA and train.


I resolve to cherish the people around me.


I resolve to be a more forgiving person.


I resolve to watch more tv and rot like a couch potato.


I resolve to listen to more songs and be a music junkie.


I resolve to spend my time better.


I resolve to think carefully before acting.


I resolve to be a better friend.


I resolve to break at least 10 of these resolutions because I know I'm not the kind of person who can stick to so many resolutions.

Took my chinese orals last week. Finally it's over alright! I must've screwed up, although not as badly as during the O' Levels. I almost misinterpreted the conversation question. There were a couple of words I didn't recognise on the reading passage, but thankfully I guessed some correctly. So, the weekend has been rolling by lazily with not much activities happening. So I've actually been mugging at home and on schedule for work(I think) since a very long time ago. Other than friday's usual outing, I must say the week has been pretty dry. Tomorrow is school day! I'm already looking forward to Youth Day as it's the next public holiday. Also looking forward to Live Earth it's gonna be wild and rocky!!! I hate school. I hate getting up early in the morning (even though I always do it) and I hate homework. I rather be a slump at home. Ok so apparently I made a mistake on my previous post. I'll be back on 21st June and not 21st May. Went for IT show yesterday. Surprisingly didn't check out much stuff and it wasn't as congested as the previous IT show outing. One of the things that caught my eye was the entire army of M1 peeps all in orange dress code. They didn't blast music as loudly this time. And the candy floss at the first level of the convention centre is really big. After that ate and then home. I'm FLYING TODAY! I should be bringing my notes along too but I don't think I can study much. I'm also really happy to get many song intros recently. Helps me to refine my playlist before I take off for Turkey. Yea so apparently I also heard that our President is in Istanbul. Coincidence? Lol. Ya that's just trivial. Stopping here already. Need to continue packing. And then when I come back it's crazy mugging time. Sad.
