It really does. PE sux. Dam tiring. SOUR sia! Sour because my legs were very 'suan'. LOL! Brrr..if you're not a chinese u won't get the joke. Anyway, I preferred last week's PE, even though it was a killer. Last week, we ran like crazy. This week we still ran like crazy, but 10x crazier(haha gotcha).
So we had to train for the five stations, pull up, sit and reach, shuttle run blablabla. But the standing broad jump was the worst. We had to jump our way from one side to the other side of the field. And we had to do it standing broad jump style. Stupid . And we had to count how many jumps we took to reach the end.
THEN, after the all the jumping, there was even more jumping. WE HAD TO JUMP LIKE CRAZY LA! Jumping is easy, it's the landing that dam pain cause we had to jump damn high. Then my legs started to disintegrate and liquify.
5 minutes later, a short sprint.
I ran and suddenly I felt my legs were extremely light..as if I was floating. Then, I almost couldn't break and nearly banged straight into the wall. It was as if I lost control of my legs. Terrible man. I had to decelerate really slowly before I could stop. For example, if the finish line is 5 seconds worth away from you, I had to start decelerating 7 secs. SERIOUS
INJUSTICE
We were late for the lesson so we had to do 40 squats. I thought it was really easy but my legs ached like crazy and everytime I went down I always tilted. I almost toppled once. Some students were even worse, they couldn't even do the squats properly. The only perfect squat everyone did was the first and last squat. Cause everyone was like bia la, lets get this over with.
So when I thought everything was over when the lesson ended, the true 'pain' begun. When climbing up the stairs, every step felt like an atomic bomb landed into my knee.
And climbing down the stairs is even worse. My legs couldn't bent, I was moving like a penguin! PENGUIN!
So this concludes a terrible P.E lesson. Im still feeling the pain now, even though 10x lesser. It's been a long time since I had such a 'shuang' pe lesson. Gotta love P.E teachers man.
Thought of the Day: Maybe PE doesn't suck. Maybe only the jumping sucks. Or maybe not. Maybe PE DOES suck (lol contradict). Talk about déjà vu.
